Holistic Shopping

I promised myself that this year I would refine my shopping skills and shop smartly. There are plenty of bargain shortcuts out there that should be taken advantage. It also doesn't seem fair that when people think budget into mind is Cheaper and more often than not, bad quality. Not that I dismiss them, they do the job most times. But alas, the more well marketed products sometimes of better quality. Its also a little luxury.

So in some sense, I'm hoping to shop 'holistically' as far as possible. I appreciate a little luxury, but I also prefer my money in my pocket and hence I created the following rules for myself

Shop online as far as possible.
Only purchase a sale/discounted/lesser price item.
Take advantage of sales to stock up.
Research for a better price.
Research, research, research...
